COPAN Diagnostics has been busy at work preparing for the first virtual World Microbe Forum, a collaboration between the American Society for Microbiology (ASM), Federation of European Microbiological Societies (FEMS), and several other collaborating societies to be held from June 20, 2021 to June 24, 2021.

COPAN is proud to participate as a Bronze sponsor in this unique virtual forum” stated Norman Sharples, CEO of COPAN Diagnostics, Inc. “Like many of our customers and colleagues, I am missing the in-person interactions that take place during live events. As the COVID-19 pandemic slows down, we look forward to meeting in person, safely, very soon. But, until then, we have been working hard with our agency partners at Ivester Creative on our virtual booth offering! We are excited to share with our loyal customers all that’s new from COPAN during this unique event” added Sharples.

COPAN’s booth will feature a welcome video, special offers, informative catalogs, handouts, and links to COPAN’s social media platforms. The video covers COPAN’s product offerings including versatile ESwab™, FecalSwab®, FLOQSwabs®, and UTM® viral transport medium. Additionally, the video showcases COPAN’s full line of laboratory automation and Artificial Intelligence, including WASP®, WASPLab®, PhenoMATRIX™.  For the first time in North America, COPAN showcases UniVerse™, a fully automated instrument for molecular specimen preparation. UniVerse™ revolutionizes up-front sample processing for molecular diagnostics, automatically managing accessioning, labeling, vortexing, and aliquoting into assay tubes and 96-well plates.

From June 21 to June 23, 2021, during the virtual exhibit booth hours, COPAN’s knowledgeable team will be ready to take your questions. “We look forward to welcoming you to our virtual booth at this premier event -bringing together the global microbial sciences community- and sharing exciting news from COPAN” concluded Sharples.
