WASPLab® Listserve Code of Conduct

COPAN is excited to provide a forum for WASP® and WASPLab® users to share information and exchange best practices and ideas for optimizing the use of our technology!

By participating in this WASPLab® Listserv, you are agreeing to follow these rules:

1. Limit your message content to professional topics relevant to the group. If you disagree with someone’s position or information, express your opinion respectfully. Differences of opinion stimulate conversations but should not create contention.

2. Please sign your messages with your contact information, including your name, email, and affiliation.

3. All anticompetitive, defamatory, abusive, profane, threatening, offensive, or illegal materials are strictly prohibited. Do not post anything you would not want all members to see, or you would not want anyone to know came from you.

4. Do not post any information or other material protected by copyright or trademark without the permission of the owner.

5. Do not post commercial or marketing messages. Contact people directly to provide information about products or services that you believe will help them.

6. Comply with all federal and state privacy laws, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPPA).

7. COPAN complies with all antitrust laws and requests that all members avoid posting any content that could violate antitrust laws, including fees charged or paid for services, prices, discounts, or terms and conditions of sale for any products.

8. Do not send administrative messages, such as remove me from the list. To unsubscribe, click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email.

9. Only send a message to the entire list when it contains information that everyone can benefit from. Messages such as “thanks for the information” or “me, too” should only be sent to individuals–not to the entire list.

10. COPAN reserves the right to terminate access to any user who does not abide by these rules.
